The client bought this Brooklyn loft with the intention to create an Airbnb loft apartment that will offer the industrial Brooklyn vibe while feeling very high-end. After several spatial studies of how to utilise the given space in the most efficient way, we came up with a solution which  accommodates also the study room, walk-in closet, and living room zone. The chosen material palette is timeless and very natural. Using the crittall wall allowed for enough daylight in the newly created bedroom. The dining zone has been designed spaciously enough so the users are able to host dinners for up to 6 people.
